As soon as a video is uploaded, BirdieIns processes it to automatically blur all faces, ensuring student identity protection. The original unblurred video is permanently deleted after processing. Only the blurred version is stored and used for analysis and reporting.

Only onboarded teachers who are registered with BirdieIns can access videos and reports. Access is granted via a secure login using their email or phone number and a one-time password (OTP). Additionally, schools have full control over whether teachers can or cannot view specific videos, thanks to customizable permission settings.

BirdieIns provides an option to log out from all devices instantly. If there's any suspicion of unauthorized access, the teacher can securely end all active sessions and reauthenticate with a new OTP, ensuring their account remains protected.

Yes, all blurred output videos are securely stored on our platform with restricted access. These videos are intended strictly for internal school use. Sharing permissions are tightly controlled and monitored, and no external sharing is possible without administrative approval.

No, it's not required to keep the cones intact throughout the activity. BirdieIns uses the first 5 seconds of recording to detect and capture all marker positions. After that, assessments can be performed near the already registered marker points. For example, in a broad jump, once points A and B are captured, the student or player simply needs to begin jumping from near the A cone — even if the physical cone is no longer visible in the video.

Yes, Gait Analysis works best with two camera angles — side view and front view — to ensure accurate posture and movement tracking. You only need to select the student or player name in one of the devices. On the second mobile, recording can continue without assigning a name. If there’s available manpower, you may pause and resume recording on the second device when the student changes, but this step is optional, not mandatory.
